Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
The policy below stands as of February 2015. Issues with parts or build have been rare with either kits or basses, but it is nice to know where you stand.
If you change your mind, you have a statutory right of return for internet purchase which stands for 30 days on all products, providing they are returned in the condition they were received and return postage is paid for by you.
Defects or faults on basses or kits will be handled like this: Minor parts which may have failed or are faulty within 90 days of purchase will be replaced by post. For more major issues, you will be offered a part refund / full refund or exchange (stock allowing) within 90 days of purchase.
Please note that, because of the nature of the DIY bass kit conversions, a full refund or exchange is not offered – however exchange of faulty parts will be carried out with 90 days of purchase. Also, that issues arising from mishandling on your behalf will not be covered by this policy.

Buzzards Field Ukuleles wants happy customers. If you do experience problems beyond the length of the refund/exchange policy, we will do what we can to help, within reason! In most cases you will find us sympathetic .
